Knowle Locks Marina will provide moorings for approximately 223 craft, with pontoons of full length and greater width than average.The moorings offered with the exception of 2, that are reserved for site maintenance and security staff, are of a strictly non-residential nature.
Short term visitors mooring will be provided when available with wireless internet planned throughout the site.
The marina will be secured within an enclosed and fully fenced and gated area with closed circuit TV in operation 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Car parking will be provided close to majority of pontoons and are located within the secure area of the marina.
The facility building will encompass showers, toilets with disabled facilities and a laundry for visitors use, as well as a separate covered dry dock for boat repair and maintenance.
On site you will also find dual fueling quay, two pump outs, Elsan disposal point and butane gas supplies.
