On the 17th December 2009 at a special planning committee at Solihull M.B.C. the proposal for this Marina was turned down. This was in spite of recommendation by the planning officers of the council to the committee for its approval.

The proposers are appealing the above decision to the planning inspectorate and are awaiting the outcome of their decision.

We would like to extend our sincere apologies to those clients who have either reserved or expressed interest in using the services of our Marina, and would like to assure everyone that we will try our best to secure planning permission, and have this Marina built as soon as possible.
